July 21. According to the direction given, the latest typhoon from the Pacific Ocean is making tracks for Hong kong.
Latest reports give its position as to the South-West of the Colony, outside the 300 miles radius (of the Colony) but close to it.
The direction indicates that un- less there is a deflection, it wil! strike land a little to the West of Hongkong.
